Japanese pure malt whisky brewed in Tottori by Chiyomusubi House. The nose is fruity with a nice touch of vanilla and a fresh smokiness that emerges discreetly. White fruits are also seen. HAS aeration, it is the roasted cocoa which comes out with spicy and woody notes. We find a Japanese signature in the delicacy, as well as the Scottish heritage of a pure malt with character. The palate is woody and fruity, delicious. The toast is well integrated and there is a slight smoky taste in the middle of the mouth. It is straight, direct and at the same time powerful and delicate. At the same time, there is a very nice presence of citrus fruits like blood orange and lemon zest. We can clearly detect the finish of this rare and precious wood, mizunara, with a note of nashi pear. The finish is long, sweet and vanilla, still smoky, and persistent. To be enjoyed neat, possibly with a few more drops of water. Alcohol content: 43% Japanese product imported directly from Japan by WeWantSaké
