ALENA is the result of a long reflection and a new approach to the mode of truffle production. Unlike other traders, we decided to start this adventure at the source, that is to say in the truffle fields.
Today, with our partners, we manage more than 120 hectares of truffle fields in Aquitaine, which makes us the largest producers of black truffles in French Périgord. Our regular and rigorous work in the truffle fields makes it possible to produce a black Melanosporum truffle acclaimed by the biggest names in gastronomy throughout the world. 5 years ago, we created the truffle supreme, the first truffle-derived product that makes it easy to taste the real taste of truffles. This is the quintessence of NAFTA truffles.
