White wine DOP Condado de Huelva - Barredero

Barredero was born from the search for a young single-varietal with personality, from an assembly of plots that provide complexity.  With this wine, the winery seeks the most authentic and pure expression of its five old vineyard estates located around the Doñana National Park.  Its objective is to play with the different expressions of the Zalema variety and show the typical character of Huelva whites.  Straw yellow in color with green-gray reflections.  On the nose, fine and elegant aroma, of fresh fruit, critical notes and orange blossoms, with slight herbaceous and balsamic notes.  In the mouth it is soft, glyceric and has a balanced flavour, broad and unctuous, fresh and saline, with a rich retronasal passage and a long finish.  Perfect companion for an entire meal.  All kinds of starters, seafood, fish and rice.  The ideal service temperature is between 8 to 12ºC.  Contreras Ruiz Winery.   Huelva, Andalusia, Spain.
