Family farm in the Baronnies Provençales, we produce high quality fruit, as well as Black Olives of Nyons AOP. A large part of our crops are organically grown, but we go much further in our approach, by promoting local biodiversity: installation of nesting boxes for chickadees and bats in the orchards, rotation of green manures, creation of ponds. ..etc Besides ecology, our main concern is the organoleptic quality of our fruits, because this is how we can have the best products, for a real taste experience. So we keep old varieties, considered "ugly", but which, in nectars or jams are great!
