We are artisans and manufacturers of Provencal sweet and savory products. Our factory is located in Cuers in the Var.
1/ Range of 35 jams including 19 regional. We source our fruit, mainly from local market gardeners. Our jams have 60% fruit, pieces, and cane sugar.
2/ Range of 9 references Chestnut creams made with 60% French chestnuts and cane sugar. All the chestnut jams and creams are cooked the old-fashioned way, in copper cauldrons.
3/ Range of 18 references of syrups made from fruit pulp, natural flavors and cane sugar. All our products are preservative and coloring free.
4/ Range of 12 low-fat chestnut jams and creams: 75% fruit and birch sugar with a glycemic index of 7 versus 70.
