"Guéthary, summer 2018: with my brother Charles and my childhood friend Guillaume Rappeneau, we taste a caipirovska while developing plans for the comet. We lament the fact that consumption rhymes with destruction, that ecology is often synonymous of resignation.
We then make big plans on a paper napkin: imagine a vodka that would have the least possible impact on nature or how to reconcile hedonism and ecology.
We begin to dream of an entirely natural and organic vodka, whose bottle would be recycled, recyclable without the slightest chemical additive, without any added sugar.
