TIHLI extra virgin olive oil is a product originating from the Middle Atlas, a Berber region of Morocco.
The hundred-year-old olive trees, of the Moroccan picholine variety, are located at an altitude of 900 m.
It is this terroir that gives all its character to this monovarietal oil. The olives are harvested by hand and taken to the mill on harvest day.
The olive trees belong to our family in the village of Aderj.
Our grandparents and great-grandparents have always produced oil in the traditional village mill.
