Distilled 3 times from vintage Kalecik Karası grapes. A production of 50 thousand liters, 45 degrees alcohol. It turns white well. It has an intense scent of anise and fresh grapes, is soft on the palate and the fruitiness of the grapes is intensely palpable. It is a fresh and lively raki, with slightly spicy notes from black grapes. Rested, mature and easy to drink. Accompanies meals with its strong grape aroma and scent. It goes well with spicy snacks, seafood, Italian and Spanish snacks, but also with all Anatolian and Aegean snacks.
