In 2016, accompanied by my father, I acquired a few plots near Nîmes to plant olive trees.

Still on the school benches in Bac pro Vigne et Vin at this time, I prepare the land for planting. The enthusiasm and impatience to see the olive trees stand up on these large expanses gives me wings to work day and night.

Today, the 18,000 olive trees flourish on these 60 hectares of Gard land and take the time to grow with the seasons. In 2020, my passion for vines and wine had still not left me. When the opportunity to take over a 19-hectare vineyard made up of 15 different grape varieties in organic farming presented itself to me, I did not hesitate for a second.

The first harvests started in August 2021 and it was during the spring of 2022, after 18 months of work, that I finally presented my first cuvées. Each has its own identity, but all reflect my vision: wines expressing a unique terroir in an original way. Going through winemaking methods, unusual grape varieties or a desire for sulphite-free wines, I have created my wines to be modern, reliable but surprising. This earned me 2 medals in the general agricultural competition.

Respect for the environment should not stop at the crops and the cellar. Recycled label paper and cardboard, caps made from sugar cane and lightweight bottles, we make maximum use of eco-responsible dry materials in order to reduce our carbon footprint throughout the production chain.

My greatest wish is to shape wines and olive oils with passion, giving free rein to my creativity while respecting the product and the land.
