The estate has 12 hectares, 10 of which are vines in production, including white grape varieties: Grenache, Viognier, Vermentino and Roussanne. Red grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Cabernet and Mourvèdre.
The vines are cultivated with the utmost respect for the environment (plowing with organic manure) to obtain very good results and optimal quality (Organic Farming)
The vines are planted on shallow and stony clay-limestone soils, facing south, with a very hot and dry climate which allows the production of very aromatic wines.
The grapes are picked by hand and sorted to extract the best from the fruit, vinified, macerated at the right temperature to find the fine tannins while preserving the aromas, and this by us in our cellar at the Domaine de Comiac.
A space is reserved for the sale of all our products.
