“Passionate about our profession, we are keen to share it through our products”

We have been established since 2012, after more than 10 years of learning the trade passed down from the previous generation, we have chosen to devote ourselves fully to the cultivation of the olive tree. The company was created in 1989 by Séverine's parents. The farm was exclusively devoted to two crops, Ente plum transformed into prunes and asparagus. These products were then marketed through wholesalers. In 2001, 5 hectares of olive trees (around 1000) were planted in the town of Lespignan.

After a global questioning of the farm's production, we favored "quality" over "quantity" in order to best promote our profession.

Quickly caught up by the economic context and by ideology, we made the decision to market as much of our production ourselves as possible through direct sales in three producers' boutiques.

For the sake of traceability and autonomy, we invested in a mill in 2016 and a confectionery in 2018.

Today we transform all of our production in our premises with mastery of our processes in order to ensure the best quality of the products offered for sale as well as their conservation.
