After several years exporting in the wine industry, Raphaël DELAYE REYNAUD decided to return to the country.
Originally from Nyons, he returns to live with his fabulous grandmother Paulette.
The family house La Para allows Raphaël to embark on this crazy adventure of artisanal vinegar making.
This is how the first barrels accumulate in the family cellar.
Raphaël has always loved cooking. To concoct good meals, the quality of the products is paramount. It is in this constant concern for excellence that this epicurean decided to create his own artisanal vinegar and share it with you!
Since 2004, La Para vinegar has developed more than twenty recipes for vinegars, sometimes traditional, sometimes surprising or original, but all tasty! Every year, Raphaël imagines new combinations and new aromas for you to brighten up and enhance your dishes.
And during the summer of 2022, a long-standing project will finally come to fruition: La Vinaigrerie la Para will acquire an artisanal mustard factory. From the wheel come four tasty varieties of mustards combining Drôme seed and La Para vinegar.
