Les Nouvelles Fermes is a young French start-up at the crossroads between market gardening, agro-industry and startup.
We defend and develop ultra-local, sustainable agriculture, aimed at the greatest number of people with an ancestral agricultural practice: aquaponics. It is a closed circuit cultivation system which combines the breeding of fish in symbiosis with the cultivation of plants, without synthetic fertilizers, chemical treatment or antibiotics.
We produce rainbow trout (fresh, smoked, long-life products) and live seasonal vegetables (salads, young shoots, herbs, tomatoes, edible flowers) on two production sites in the Bordeaux metropolis (Lormont). and Mérignac)
