Sirmontagu was born from a meeting between two people passionate about excellence, a rigorous artisan of the vineyards and a music lover of pleasures, driven above all by the desire to shake up standards, offer a sensory experience and bring a breath of fresh air to wine. Each bottle, which I personally sign, is the fruit of authentic know-how, a rigorous selection of the best terroirs and a constant requirement in terms of grape processing.
