A virtuous example of future-oriented entrepreneurship which in four generations has been able to reach all sectors of large-scale retail trade and normal trade and has gained ever more loyal end consumers. “I think we can say that, for our company, the art of producing fish preserves really has no secrets, thanks to an expertise gained in 90 years of working on the product, explains Pierpaolo Drago, the company's Commercial Director. This passion and the pleasure of being able to do this job has been handed down from generation to generation, in our house. A unique heritage of knowledge of recipes and processes where know-how, manual skills and sensitivity represent an essential component of all our production. My brother and I have taken advantage of every teaching, arriving at having an overall vision of the entire supply chain to deliver an excellent product to the customer. Obviously we are pleased to know that we are heirs to a passion and pioneering spirit that have characterized the company since 1929. Today the spirit that guides us is not so different from then, concludes Pierpaolo, only that it is necessarily aimed at a larger, more varied and more attentive market and for this reason we cannot be caught unprepared".
