Our dehydrated grapefruit slices for cocktails are 100% natural, without preservatives or colorings. Also known as pomelos, grapefruit is used in many seasonings in tartare cooking (sea bream) and cocktails such as gin & tonic, old fashioned or detox waters. Dehydrated with its peel and cut into slices, this citrus fruit retains its taste and its pronounced fragrance. Ideal in the preparation of drinks, baking, cooking or as an edible decoration. Available in bags of 200G gross/188G net, i.e. approximately 80 pieces.
