Fugu Brewing Company is the story of Nico & Sam, two Brussels residents who dream of building their own microbrewery. Being big fans of IPAs that they are, they create dangerously hoppy beers.

It's this fish with little spikes that puffs up when it's scared. In Japan, its preparation is an art. Like crafting a good beer. After watching a documentary on fugu during their first brew, they decided to keep it as their emblem.
