The Rialland family has been fishing for over 40 years in Bastia (Haute Corse). Specialist in tuna and swordfish fishing, I have chosen to practice sustainable, responsible and selective fishing (line fishing, purse seine). In 2017 I decided to create MARE & GUSTU, a small artisanal cannery in order to promote the products from my fishing. I have chosen to collaborate with renowned chefs who have developed the various recipes offered today. The recipes are guaranteed without additives or preservatives.
