The history of Olio Principe is made up of sacrifices and a lot of passion that has its roots in 1954, when the progenitor Rosario bought about twenty hectares of land on the sweet Sican hills of the Aragon (AG) area. Over the years the original company expanded: the olive grove went from 600 to 6000 plants, of the cultivated varieties of Passulunara, Nocellara, Biancolilla oil olives and, in 1991, it equipped itself with a modern continuous cycle mill, entirely renovated and expanded in 2000, equipped with an air-conditioned storage area and bottling plant.
