I acquired a small olive grove near Mouriès in the early 2000s and over time became passionate about this tree, so much so that I took over most of the abandoned plots in the surrounding area.
The five varieties of AOP Baux-de-Provence olives are represented on the estate: Salonenque, Grossane, Aglandau, Verdale des Bouches-du-Rhône and Picholine. These varieties with very different characteristics offer an exciting playground for assembly!
I offer them in two forms: a green fruity one and a fruity “Matured Olives”, a typical tradition of the Alpilles region.
The entire estate is organic farming, with Natura 2000 protection for biodiversity.
