Born from the passion of Steven GIROUD, aged 18 and still in high school at the time, he was driven by the desire to innovate and create a product combining finesse, elegance and user-friendliness. He convinced his mother Sylvie GIROUD, who came from a wine-growing background, to take on the project.
She left her job to create AixPression in 2015, which would become the first craft brewery in the Aix region. Located in Rognes in a magnificent setting, mother and son develop recipes that combine malts and hops, giving their beers exceptional aromas.
Maison ArGuIn Distillery Founded in 2019 and produces spirits. Made using a unique distillation process, all of Maison ArGuIn's spirits are born from the combination of meticulous brewery and distillery know-how.
