IZANAIA is a beer developed and thought out by two brothers from a family of artisan bakers.
Sensitized by food waste, they want to recover unsold bread from bakeries and restaurants for the production of beer.
A classic beer is brewed with 100% malt, water, hops and yeast. Our bread-based recipe allows us to substitute 30% of the initial cereal.
Bread is one of the most thrown away food products in the world. Through our drink, we fight against food waste.
Our objectives are to valorize their unsold products intended to be thrown away, to be part of an eco-responsible approach and to work on our specific product in order to offer a tasty and original beer.
