Patrizia, mother and grandmother of the Baraldo family for over 40 years has been working on the family farm and has always kept a dream: to transform the earth's harvest into something special by exploiting the recipes handed down over the generations.
It all started several years ago as a great passion, but the constant appreciation for the quality, the goodness of the products and the ever-increasing demands convinced the whole Baraldo family to believe in the project and to create “La Dispensa di Patrizia ".

Patrizia pulled a dream out of the drawer and gave it life. As the puppeteer gives a soul to his puppets, the mother and grandmother of the Baraldo family has transformed the harvest of her land into sweet and sour, in oil, specialties in SAOR, creams, sauces and jams.

La Dispensa di Patrizia is full of seasonal vegetables and fruit. The raw materials, grown and harvested on the farm, are packaged without adding any preservatives, additives, dyes or correctors. They are 100% natural, and the entire production process is followed by us, from the earth to the jar!

Today, the jars of La Dispensa di Patrizia are made and packaged in a professional and cutting-edge laboratory from a technological point of view but always in
artisanal way, following the original recipes and maintaining a very high quality standard of an absolutely natural product.
From our fields to your local
All the raw materials used are entirely collected and processed in the company, exclusively by hand, with artisanal procedures and decennial recipes. In some cases we rely on other farms selected by us for the production of some crops, we want to offer a wide range of products and it would be physically impossible to manage many horticultural and fruit crops in a single farm.
