The brewery project materialized at the end of 2018 with a first brewing. Experimenting with the recipe took a year and around ten brews. At the end of 2019, OMAHA was born.
The name LAB evokes our desire to keep the experimental side of the recipes, while the 04 represents the 4 founders of the brewery.
Our beers are characterized by a certain bitterness and an explosion of aroma, typical of IPAs. We currently sell two beers:
OMAHA: American IPA-type beer, round, spicy and aromatic
LUCKY ME: HAZY IPA type beer, cloudy and also made with wheat malt. Lighter but tinged with bitterness and floral aromas.
