Gallusette is the legacy of our grandfather, a farmer and traveling boiler, that we have decided to modernize and bring back to light.
Papy passed on to us his know-how of distillation, his ratafia recipe and his love of the land.
Gallusette is a ratafia:
- 100% French and even 100% Southwest, from content to container;
- artisanal that we produce in a small village in the Lot, near Montcuq;
- natural (no aroma, no sticking, no additive ...)
- that we have modernized through the grape varieties, bottles, logo and way of consuming it (food / Gallusette pairings, and of course cocktails ...)
All our approaches respect who we are, our terroir and our desire for Gallusette to share good times around him.
