MÆMPI is a range of chili-based recipes handcrafted in the Paris region by its two founders, Jules and Johann.
“If we started this adventure, it was because we had the ultimate conviction that a product was missing from the French food market and that we had it in our hands: a pepper with flavor, accessible to all sensibilities.”
It took us more than a year to understand its immense potential.
