LOCATED IN THE HEART OF A VINEYARD

Born in the heart of the prestigious PDO vineyard of Patrimonio in a family of winegrowers, Ribella beers live up to their name. But far from feeling crushed by this unique geographical position, Pierre-François Maestracci, the founder of the brand, made it his mission to make his beers as rich and complex as the good wines that surrounded him. A successful bet, if we are to believe the excellent reputation enjoyed by Ribella beers!

AUTONOMOUS BREWERY

In eleven years of existence, the Ribella brewery has developed a farm brewery model unique in Corsica and still little developed in Europe - because it is particularly demanding -, manufacturing its own organic beers from the cultivation of cereals in Eastern Corsica (25 hectares malt barley were planted there) until bottling at Patrimonio.

AGRICULTURAL EXPLOITATION

A hop farm on hillsides, located near the brewery, benefits from the sea spray of Cap Corse and clay-limestone soil which characterizes Ribella hops and gives the beers a unique aromatic profile. The brewery also has a farm where malting barley and most of the spices, peppers, citrus fruits and flowers used in the composition of the beers are grown, brewed without any artificial flavoring.

Using the best brewing techniques (dry hopping, refermentation in the bottle, keeping on lees, etc.), accompanied by honest and passionate agricultural partners, Ribella has chosen, for you and for our planet, excellence and the total absence of compromise.
