History: Created by Cécile and Jean-Philippe Coquelin in Châteaugiron (Ille et Vilaine), the Saint-Fernan brand is linked to family history; Fernand, Jean-Philippe's grandfather, who picked his apples in his orchard and pressed them on his farm in Mayenne. Relying on ancestral know-how, enhancing a terroir, thinking outside the box, linking authenticity to modernity, this is what has guided us.
