Pastry chef-baker trained by a Compagnon du Devoir and a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie DUCASSE et THURIES, I created SAVEURS D’AMARANTE to allow people with gluten and lactose intolerance to finally reconnect with gluttony and friendliness! At each event, I noticed that some children found themselves excluded when sharing the cakes due to food intolerances and that made me really sad. I then decided to devote myself to the development of recipes specially created for them, but on the condition of not making the slightest concession as to the taste and nutritional quality of the product!
