Ad Olivetum was born in Barcelona to share a different vision of extra virgin olive oil.
Alongside my own creations, I offer oils from producers whom I admire for their artisanal know-how.
With Ad Olivetum, I conceive of olive oil like wine: origin, grape variety, sensory excellence and culinary pairings.
I also offer a range of artisanal and natural products, especially for aperitifs.
