With Ad Olivetum, I offer exceptional extra virgin olive oils in three variations: my own production, my own creations, and a selection of oils.
br />1. ORIGIN: my own olive oil produced from the reclaimed family olive grove (Ad Olivetum IGP Olympie BIO) - a thousand-year-old terroir in the Peloponnese to discover.
br />2. CREATIVITY: own creations in collaboration with passionate partner producers, such as Ad Olivetum Erbaria BIO X Olio Maselli, an explosive and lyrical Italian blend with 4 varieties (Coratina, Cima di Melfi, Don Carlo...).
Medal-winning oil at the Athens International Competition: 2024 gold medal, 2025 double gold medal. You will never taste olive oil the same way again... :)
br />3. OLIVE OIL LIKE WINE: a careful selection from Greece, Spain and Italy. As with wine, my ambition is to help you discover the different terroirs and offer you very varied sensory experiences (with the corresponding pairings), the fruit of my work advising producers from production to their commercial representation to ensure they receive fair income.
It is this proximity to the olive grove throughout the year that allows me to guarantee the quality of the products that I offer.
BEYOND OLIVE OIL
I enjoy developing a range of artisanal and natural specialties from (or around) olive groves, dedicated to chefs, wine merchants, and delicatessens.
Kalamata olives, tapenades, spices, capers, dried fruits and more.
Attached to craftsmanship, cultural heritage and the Mediterranean diet, I work in a short circuit, without intermediaries. I do not buy online or at trade fairs.
I travel (a lot)... I taste... I select... I adapt... and I myself carry out the point-of-sale events and gastronomy presentations.
