Passionate about wine, we - Matthieu & Franck - have become friends through our "blind" tasting sessions. Over the years, this passion has relegated our former respective professions to the background and has gradually fueled the project of a professional retraining in the world of wine. From August 2018, we had the opportunity to take over nearly 5 hectares of vines located in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac appellation and managed for 4 years according to the specifications of organic farming. This is how "Le Chemin" was born, a dream life through a profession-passion whose purpose is Wine, a link between Men. All the plots are managed according to the specifications of organic farming.
