We have always attached great importance to the land. We produce quality fruit using biodynamic methods. It is a fruit that by nature will have some flaws because it is not our vocation, especially in orchards, to eradicate all insects and all diseases. We maintain a certain balance, we accompany the plant. These fruits, we then sort them for sizing in Vertou, the sizing differences that will not be marketed, we will transform them. Our heart is the apple. And the apple, we will exploit it in all its categories. The first choice is reserved for chewable apple, the second for purees and compotes, the third choice is reserved for juices and finally the last is reserved for vinegars. After fresh consumption, pasteurization is the ideal way to preserve the organoleptic quality and the sanitary stability of the products over time. It is this blend of know-how that we practice at Remouillé. Since its creation Coteaux Nantais has been a great human adventure.
