Penne are one of the worldwide most famous short pasta shapes. They were invented in the 19th century in Genoa and their shape seemed to recall fountain pen nibs. Our recipe enriches them with the unique truffle taste. Good like this, simply with a drizzle of oil or a knob of butter. Chef’s recommendations: cook the Penne in two liters of boiling, salted water for about 7/8 minutes. Drain and dress it. 250 grams of pasta serve 2/3 people.
