We are an artisanal biscuit factory specializing in the manufacture of real old-fashioned biscuits according to traditional Occitan recipes. We are known for our delicious low-sweet, crispy and soft macaroons made according to the traditional naturally gluten-free and lactose-free recipe from Languedoc and Provence.
Alongside "Maison Roux" which offers our recipes in "BIO", we have created the Biscuiterie Occitan brand with two objectives:
• give greater affordability to our traditional macaroons recipe.
• Meet the demand of a growing share of consumers who are looking for local, artisanal, quality products that are not necessarily organic.
The transparency of our approach is reflected in the open layout of our factory located in the historic heart of Montpellier where everyone can see the production.
