It is an artisanal pasta produced with durum wheat semolina, bronze drawn and dried at low temperatures. Thanks to its format and the characteristic spiral helices that distinguish it, they are perfect for holding any type of condiment, enhancing its flavors. They are suitable for any kind of preparation; Ideal with rich sauces based on meat or ricotta, but also with vegetable dressings or salads. Preparation tips: Use a liter of water for every 100 g of pasta. The dose of salt is 10 g per liter of water. Salt and pour the pasta in one go, when the water reaches a full boil.
