Couleurs Pralines was born from the idea that red or pink pralines should not simply be almonds coated with a thick layer of sugar but that the latter can very well be more delicious, less sweet, affordable and above all colored like candy .
We have therefore reworked the praline to make it more tasty (caramelized and roasted), this range only exists in 30% almonds.
We also offer more classic pralines from 10% almonds up to 40% (roasted or not). Our processes allow us to make less hard pralines.
We are always looking for new recipes in order to bring new gourmet experiences, like our flagship product 30% almond pralines with Spirulina (roasted and caramelized), the spirulina is grown less than 30km from our premises.
