We have such little time, but we pride ourselves on taking all the time necessary to create our premium, low volume gins. Our Secret Garden and Four Oceans gins are both inspired by botanicals from around the world. Each includes 15 carefully selected spices and fruits to create a smooth, balanced gin that can be enjoyed neat or classically with a dry tonic. We achieve this consistent result through a unique production process that includes long maceration, slow distillation, long rest periods with slow integration of water and alcohol, followed by a carefully designed filtration process . Both our gins are well received in international competitions, with a recent victory at the International Wine and Spirits competition and a score of 90 out of 100.
