We are an ORGANIC and Artisanal Pastry-Biscuit Factory located in La Gravelle in Mayenne.
It was founded in 2018 by Pierrick and Katya NICOLAS, with the desire to make organic pastries and cookies, following the seasons (strawberry tart only in summer).
We work on each new recipe to reduce sugar and fat. A large part of our raw materials from local sources (butter, flour, milk, eggs, cheese, strawberries).
