At the beginning of the 1900s our grandfather, a passionate farmer, the lawyer Agostino Paolocci, bought a traditional oil mill, one of the best known and loved in the town, near a fountain set between the old walls of the ancient Vetralla.

To meet the business needs of the family, owner of vast olive groves in the surrounding countryside, he dedicated himself with scrupulous promptness to the processing of the olives, later joined by our father Marcello.

In 2000, with the construction of the new headquarters on Via Cassia, the business had a great development, becoming a point of reference for the olive producers of the area.

Today, with the same enthusiasm, we personally take care of the running of the plant - adapted in the meantime to the most modern techniques - obtaining from carefully selected local olives an extremely valuable oil, in limited quantities.
The entire production is cold extracted, without adding water in the process, in the different types Classic, DOP Tuscia, Biologico and Tracciato: the oil is filtered and packaged in the mill, in bottles and cans of various formats, and shipped in Italy and abroad to an increasingly loyal clientele.

Continuous attention to raw materials, the environment, the production process and the enhancement of the territory: these are the characteristics of our work, in a world that fortunately seems to be rediscovering the values of the earth and the genuineness of its products.
