Created in 2010 by Aleaume Paturle and Paul Arnephy, Lomi roasts specialty coffees sourced directly from producers in France. We carefully select high quality green coffees, we closely follow the treatment processes (washed, dry, hybrid) and we pay particular attention during roasting thanks to Paul, our Meilleur Ouvrier de France roaster. The Lomi plots represent our plantation approach and are the result of long-term work with green coffee producers. Engaged in lasting collaborations with these producers, it is a real work of experimentation that is carried out, from the ground to the cup.
