When three spice and cooking addicts come together and add a good dose of madness: you get Rainbow. Fabrice, Brahim & Guillaume, that’s us!
Our brand was born in 2021 in Leucate, in the kitchens of the Biquet Plage restaurant.
We're not going to lie, the classic "lemon or vinegar" on oysters and fish is fine for 5 minutes... So we simply asked ourselves what we would like to add to spruce it up a little.
After weeks of testing, the Hot sauce for fish and seafood was born and the restaurant's customers were our "guinea pigs". Verdict: it rocks!
The adventure begins, the brand is created. The bottles ordered, the maceration started.
The idea of a sauce collection animates us, Raclette sauce and Barbecue sauce are in the bins.
Beyond simple spicy sauces, we want to transform local products, from Occitanie, as much as possible. Our Seafood sauce has also obtained the Sud de France label.
