Bonel is the desire to be able to preserve flavors, textures and colors in jars. The production of Bonel jars is based in the pastoral village of Saint Pierre de Curtille in the heart of Savoie.
These recipes reflect our desire to eat well and taste good. Eating well means consuming quality, locally sourced ingredients. Eating good means preserving flavors that make each of our dishes unique.
