Manissy Castle is a historic property on the right bank of the Rhône dating from the 17th century. Owned by monks during the 20th century, the Château de Manissy is an emblematic vineyard for the wines of the Tavel appellation. The winemaker, Florian André, has been perpetuating the tradition in making wines from the Southern Rhône Valley since 2003 and working daily for organic farming that is ever more respectful of the environment and the terroirs. All of the wines offered are produced in organic and biodynamic agriculture. Florian also offers some natural wines.
