We are an artisan / manufacturer of gourmet, original and ready-to-eat products based on organic and French legumes (chickpeas, peas, beans, etc.).).

Chickpeas, peas, beans roasted and coated with spices for an aperitif!
 All the legumes we use are grown in the South-West of France and roasted and coated by our team (7 people) in our workshop in Belleville en Beaujolais (69 - north of Lyon).
 
Certified 100% organic - Artisanal and French manufacturing.
 Our products bring people together during convivial moments like an aperitif! 

In addition to being delicious, they are rich in fiber, sources of protein and low in fat, naturally gluten-free and vegetarian.

CHICHE is a Lyon start-up which develops, transforms and markets gourmet, innovative and ready-to-eat products based on organic pulses, from French agricultural sectors.
 His challenge? 

Democratize the consumption of pulses (chickpeas, peas, beans...)in France to encourage farmers to plant them.
 Its first range of products: grilled chickpeas coated with spice for the aperitif and chocolate for dessert and afternoon tea. 

The chickpeas are cultivated in the South-West of France, by a partner agricultural cooperative. 

The chocolate coating and the packaging of the products is carried out in ESAT (center for disabled workers) in Belleville and Lyon.
 The company has been created since 2016 and all of its production is carried out in its workshop in Belleville en Beaujolais (69) by a team of 7 people.
