Organic flowers and aromatic plants grown and reinvented by Laure, lover of beauty and goodness in the land of Colette in Burgundy. The plants that I cultivate, with wild leaves that I pick in protected places, all have a scent, a flavor, a benefit. My culture is organic. I carry out the weeding by hand, the harvests and preparations are artisanal. The farm is my laboratory: I dry sage and rosemary there to make herbal teas and aromas for cooking. It all started in 2016, when I chose to develop part of our farm in Libaux where my husband works, shortly after I gave a name to what became a reality: it would be Épione.
