The permanent range is composed of a Gin, a Bitter Aperitif, a Bitter Aperitif Without Alcohol and an Absinthe.
We pay particular attention to the freshness of our spirits, the result of precise botanical sourcing and innovative cold production that respects the aromatic properties of each component.
Maison BACCAE is deeply attached to sustainable development and experimentation. BACCAE periodically produces limited series according to the seasons and collaborations. We have started a process of integrating our aromatic needs by linking partnerships between market gardeners and farmers in the Ile de France region.
