Clem is a young brand of artisanal jams with the aim of enhancing the taste of fruit by offering a healthier and less sweet alternative to commercial jams.
Inspired by the know-how of an ancient time, while reinterpreting the classic recipe for jam, Clem's bet is to replace sugar with honey for 100%
natural, tastier, healthier and smoother.
Our goal is to bring fruits and their flavors back to the heart of the jam jar, which is why our recipes are mainly composed of fruits (up to 80%).
We use fresh seasonal products (mostly French) from organic farming and harvested when ripe, which we marry with honey from French beekeeping.
