Isola di Favignana GIN is a London Dry made with plants exclusively from Italy and partly grown and harvested on the island of Favignana off the coast of Sicily; arguably one of Italy's best kept secrets.
Inspired by the island's untouched environment, our ancestral cultural heritage and our love for the land that sustains us, we created this spirit to reflect the flavor of botanicals harvested from healthy soil, which captures the essence and spirit of our culture.
Yet we do much more than make gin and spirits, we regenerate the soil, we improve the biosphere and we protect the botanical and cultural heritage of Favignana.
