We have revived one of the smallest estates in the Entre Deux Mers region, on the edge of the Gironde in the bastide region of Guyenne between the Dordogne and Garonne rivers; which had been dormant for several years...After finalizing our organic certification and restructuring, we selected 3.5 hectares of old Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon vines with exceptional aromatic potential on these highest lands in the Gironde. On this clay-limestone terroir, well-exposed to the four winds, our goal is to produce beautiful, fruity, and supple red wines in our cellar through gentle vinification without chemical additives, mechanical or pneumatic pressing.
