Olio Sortino

Our family has been producing olive oil and agricultural products for 3 generations.
The new agricultural company Giuseppe Sortino srls was born in 2014 together with the purchase of the land in the Lisciandrini district here in the hills of Trapani.
In the company we grow organically and with passion over 6000 olive trees of only native Italian cultivars.
The geographical altitude of our main land, located about 350 meters above sea level and the choice of grassing the land with limited use of mechanical means, allows us to have the entire production dry without the need for irrigation.
From the 2020/2021 campaign, our company has a very modern cold milling system for the exclusive use of the company. So we grind our daily harvest daily. The plant pursues our ecological policies thanks to the presence of a very modern plant with pulp, stone and process water that we distribute as organic fertilizer on our land. 100% circular agriculture.
